PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit is required on booking to lock in your ceremony date and time.

The next payment is due on presentation of the first draft of your ceremony.

The balance of fees is due 4 weeks before your ceremony
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you make a booking and then cancel before we have met, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If we have met and started the scripting of the ceremony then, on cancellation, the 50% deposit will be retained to cover the time invested.

Cancellations less than 3 weeks before the ceremony will qualify for a 25% refund

Should I, for any reason, be unable to perform the ceremony on the day, I will do everything in my power to arrange for another celebrant to take my place and will pay them for their services on your behalf.
CONDITIONS AND POLICIES

Time keeping – I will always allot enough time to complete your ceremony in full, with no rush. Because I may have other commitments on the same day as your event, should you be late we may need to exclude some elements of your plan to make up for lost time

Changes to ceremony – Within reason, you are able to make minor adjustments to your wedding plan up to 3 days before the wedding without incurring extra costs. There is no guarantee that changes can be made in the last 3 days. Should there be any major changes (such as venue change) then costs may be incurred for an extra visit to assess the venue and for travel (if further than the initially agreed to venue).

Weather – If your venue could be affected by weather, please ensure that you have a back-up plan
