Your special day is a celebration of you (not me), and my role as celebrant or wedding celebrant is to carry out any legal requirements and guide the ceremony. But I do understand that you may want to know a bit about me to decide if I am the right choice for you.
Values
A ceremony, including a wedding ceremony, is a joyous affair. Celebrating your union or recommitment is an important moment in your lives, but that does not mean that it has to be solemn. I bring joy, love, integrity and lightness to your occasion.
Work
I have worked for more than 30 years as an eye care professional, interacting with many people from all walks of life. I bring this same care and professionalism to my work as your celebrant or wedding celebrant.
Personal
I live in Northern Rivers with my husband (my high school sweetheart) and 2 dogs. Our parenting days are 'over' with our 3 adult sons living in various towns across Australia. This gives me more time to dedicate to planning your custom ceremony with you. It also means that if you wanted, for example, a legals-only wedding at sunrise, I may just be available.
Aims
As your celebrant, I work together with you to design a ceremony that celebrates and honours you and your loved ones.
I aim to simplify your ceremony planning, from initial consultation to the big day, allowing space for an heart-felt and love-filled occasion
